Counselling and Psychotherapy Services in Adelaide
How I will work with you
Counselling with me is conversational, grounded, and human.
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach because we all come to counselling with different histories, experiences and reasons for being there. Some women arrive knowing exactly what they want to work on. Others simply know that something isn't working anymore.
We start with where you are and work it out together.
My role isn't to tell you how to live your life. It's to help you understand what's happening, become curious about the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and support you as you work out what you want to change.

NDIS Counselling
I work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants where counselling is available within their funding and appropriate to their NDIS goals.
My work focuses on supporting emotional wellbeing and building confidence, emotional regulation and everyday capacity.
NDIS support details:
Line Item: 15_043_0128_1_3 – Counsellor
Category: Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living
NDIS fees are charged in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
If you're unsure whether you can use your NDIS funding for counselling, please get in touch. I'm happy to talk through what you're looking for and whether I may be able to help.
Where appropriate, I can also provide a professional support letter for a plan review or application outlining the counselling support being provided and how it relates to everyday functioning and participation.

What you can expect from me
-
A professional and experienced counsellor, but also a real person.
-
My approach is warm, direct and collaborative. I'll listen and ask questions, and sometimes I'll challenge you to look at something differently. We'll work together to understand what's happening rather than me sitting across from you telling you what you should do.
-
I bring professional training and therapeutic experience to my work, alongside the perspective that comes from having lived through some significant life challenges myself.
-
You'll always have choice over what we talk about, how quickly we move and what you want from counselling
Not Sure where you fit?
You don't need to work it out alone.
If you're unsure whether I can help, get in touch, and we can talk it through.
You can text, call, or email me, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
Or, if you're ready to get started, you can also book a session online.
