Counselling and Psychotherapy

A blog made for women
A space to think a little more deeply about ourselves, our relationships and the patterns we carry with us.
Here you'll find my thoughts on relationships, identity, boundaries, anxiety, grief, chronic illness, resilience, life changes and the experiences that shape the way we see ourselves and the people around us.
Some of what I write is inspired by themes that come up in my work as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and some comes from my own lived experience. Because, really, we're often grappling with many of the same things, just in different ways.
The Reflection Room isn't about quick fixes or pretending everything can be solved with a positive mindset. It's a place to look beneath the surface, understand ourselves a little better and make sense of why we think, feel and respond the way we do.
You might be here because something in your own life has you thinking. You might simply be curious. Either way, I hope you find something that makes you stop, reflect and perhaps see something a little differently.
Welcome to The Reflection Room.
You’re welcome to follow along on social media, where I share reflections, updates, and new blog posts as they’re released.
